Miss Gunasekera Qualified from Cambridge University Medical School in 2002. She completed her ophthalmic training in Oxford, followed by fellowship training in Medical Retina at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London.
She is currently a Consultant Ophthalmologist and clinical lead at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Areas of interest
Cataract and Medical retina including age related macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusions, diabetic eye disease, intravitreal injectionsand ophthalmic lasers.
