About me

I am an experienced qualified Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with over 25 years' NHS experience working in adult psychological therapies, including teaching and supervision. I have held roles as Clinical Lead in Peri-natal mental health and in Psychodynamic Therapies. My practice also includes a post-graduate teaching role at the Tavistock Clinic in central London.

I offer brief and longer term evidenced based psychological therapies including Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and Dynamic Interpersonal Psychotherapy (DIT). Interventions are tailored to the needs of the individual.

I have expertise in treating a full range of adult psychological issues, including:
depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, pregnancy and post-natal depression, parenting difficulties, managing long-term health conditions, histories of childhood trauma, bereavement and loss.
