About me

I have over 25 years experience working in mental health in both primary and secondary care services within various NHS settings.
In addition to private practise, I also work part time in a mental health service within the NHS.

I am a fully accredited CBT therapist with the UK's nationally recognised organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists, the BABCP, the lead organisation for CBT in the UK. I am also an Accredited EMDR Therapist with EMDR UK and Ireland Association.

I strive to maintain and keep up to date with required professional standards and knowledge and feel particularly skilled in developing trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients.

I am based in Bramley, Rotherham S66, which is conveniently only 5 minutes from the M18 and M1 and is ideally placed to see clients from anywhere in Yorkshire.
