About me

Are you suffering with anxiety or depression, maybe feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of life, or have a sense of being disconnected in a way that's hard to describe? Well, let's talk, it really does help.
With over 15 years experience encompassing a wide range of clients' issues, and with warm and friendly approach, I help you unravel, identify,
clarify and address issues of concern to you.
The roots of our 'issues' may be related to the past, the present, or even fear of the future. Such concerns can impact our relationships, self-esteem, or result in self-defeating behaviours, and repeated patterns that are hard to break. Low mood, low energy, a sense of panic or powerlessness might prevail. Or, the opposite can occur as we rush though life but seem to get nowhere and feel nothing - invoking a sense of emptiness.
With gentle exploration, we look at your life in different ways - through different lenses - to identify your need and options; helping you manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in different - more positive and creative ways. Using concepts from humanistic, relational, CBT, and Mindfulness therapies, we work in a way that best suits your individual needs and objectives.
The therapeutic space and relationship allows personal reflection and new insights which, in turn, allow you to discover fresh perspectives on life - and leave behind the burdensome patterns of the past. Some clients simply need the benefit of two or three sessions to gain clarity, others find more long term work helpful as they work through the challenging and changing demands of life.
I offer face to face therapy and Zoom sessions depending on your location and needs. Initially it's good to meet weekly or fortnightly, but thereafter meetings can be scheduled depending on your preference.
Appointments: Monday to Friday 10.00 to 19.00, and Saturdays from 9.00 until 16.00.
Feel free to contact me by phone or email if you would like to know more.
For those with mobility issues, home visiting is available within in a five mail radius.
