About me
Mr Nikitas Dimopoulos graduated from the Medical School of University of Patras in 1999 and completed his surgical training in Athens, Greece, in 2009.
He then moved to the UK where he received training in Breast Surgical Oncology and Reconstructive Surgery during his fellowships in the prestigious centres of excellence at St Mary's Hospital, Imperial College of London and Nightingale and Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention Centre, University Hospital of South Manchester.
In 2012 he took up his first post as Consultant Breast Surgeon at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport.
In 2019 he moved to his current post as a Consultant Breast Surgeon at Wythenshawe hospital, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. He provides symptomatic, screening and reconstructive services. He is also actively involved in pre-graduate teaching of medical students from the University of Manchester.
