About me

I offer a compassionate and down to earth approach to exploring whatever difficulties you may be experiencing. I work collaboratively, supporting you to gain insight, so you can make more meaningful choices about what is important to you.

I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with experience of working in the NHS and a Registered Person Centred Counsellor.

I work with both individuals and couples offering empathy, understanding and a safe space for individuals/couples struggling to make sense of their current issues and what is troubling them, allowing them to be heard without judgement.

I understand every client is unique in both personality and needs, and my training enables me to work in a way best suited for each client’s individual requirements. The therapy process could involve helping with current distress, despair, struggles and their impacts on daily life or simply getting to know yourself and/or your relationships better.

Areas of interest

I am able to utilise evidence based techniques and skills for a variety of mental health problems such as Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD and Specific Phobias as well as other issues people present themselves with such as Low Self Esteem.
