About me
I have over 20 years' experience of helping people suffering with depression, anxiety and other personal difficulties in my work as a counsellor and CBT therapist, as well as specialising in the treatment of trauma and PTSD using of Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)
I have worked with a vast number of individuals within private practice, GP surgeries and hospital settings and am passionate about enabling people to understand and manage their difficulties in order to lead a fuller and more enriching life.
