About me
I am a consultant Urological Surgeon at Dudley Group of Hospitals NHS Trust. I hold Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England FRCS (Urol) Eng and European Board of Urology (FEBU)
I specialise in Key hole surgery, prostate and stone treatment with minimal invasive techniques. Following Basic Surgical Training in Oxford Deanery, I completed my Higher Surgical Training in General and Laparoscopic Urological Surgery in West Midlands. I have completed various Scientific courses in Europe, USA and South Africa to enhance my training and skills.
I regularly perform treatments for several conditions that include Kidney/bladder stones, Prostate enlargement, Prostate/Bladder/kidney cancer, foreskin/testicular problems, Fertility and erectile dysfunction. My specialist interest includes key hole ( Laparoscopic and Robotic) minimally invasive techniques for various urological disorders and use of laser for prostate enlargement and stone disease. I perform Steam ablation of prostate ( Rezum) with Sexual function and continence preservation as a day case on regular basis.
I strongly believe in care and compassion in delivery of health care. I am an educator and trainer for junior doctors, nurses and consultants. I lead Multidisciplinary team ensuring excellence and equity in delivery of health care.
