About me
I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Chartered Psychologist. I offer the highest quality psychological therapy to individuals, families and groups of people of all ages either through short-term focused interventions or longer term psychological therapies. I also support personal development, help enrich personal lives and guide people toward realising their potential. My high level of training and experience enables me to create highly effective bespoke psychological interventions tailored to each individual need.
Personally, I believe psychological journey is a lifelong process which can be enhanced through therapy. I see therapy journey as a creative and artistic process in which I help to paint pictures of peoples lives. The therapy journey is about seeing that picture in a way that facilitates growth and development, whilst reducing distress and discomfort.
In my work as a clinical psychologist I have an interest in developing the psychological well-being of both individuals and communities. I remain committed to the NHS where I continue to work with people who present in with suicidal crisis. It's high stakes work but incredibly rewarding and helps towards saving lives.
My specialist interest in suicide prevention
led me to set up a community interest company called Men's Minds Matter. MMM specialises in developing psychological interventions for people at risk of suicide.
I currently offer sessions on a Tuesday evening and on Wednesday's throughout the daytime and evening.
Areas of interest
