About me
I am a highly skilled, empathic therapist with 26 years experience in the field of Mental Health care. Initially training as a Mental Health Nurse (BSC Hons) I have worked in a variety of inpatient and community settings during my NHS career. I am qualified in a number of therapeutic interventions including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). For the last 10 years of my NHS career I worked as a Therapist within a Specialist Adult Psychology service. I offer appointments at clinic rooms in Sleaford.
