About me

I am a Psychotherapist, Couple Counsellor and Mediator working with young people, adults and couples. My approach incorporates psychoanalytic and integrative perspectives, which means I draw from a variety of theoretical models, to meet your individual needs. I work with a diverse range of ethnicities, cultures and difference in a non-judgemental way that sets the foundation for an effective therapeutic relationship. I have a special interest in neuroscience and the relationship between the mind and the body.
