About me

After graduating from medical school in 1991 and completing my post graduation in 1997, I have gained wide experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. My training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology was followed by further training in Colposcopy and General Gynaecology.

I am the Lead Colposcopist and Head of Antenatal Diabetes Services at Walsall Manor Hospital.

I have published several articles in peer reviewed journals. I enjoy teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. In addition, I regularly present at national and international conferences.

Areas of interest

My main interests are in General Gynaecology, including: Heavy periods, other bleeding problems including postcoital bleeding and post menopausal bleeding,management of abnormal cervical smears, pelvic pain and endometriosis. I am an accredited Colposcopist and perform diagnostic procedures and treatments for abnormal cervical smears and precancerous cervical cells. My main areas of interest are as follows--

Menorrhagia and Menstrual disorders

Endometriosis
Post menopausal problems
Reproductive health
