About me
Mr Vollans is a subspecialist upper limb orthopaedic surgeon. He has undertaken special training in the UK and abroad in shoulder and elbow surgery. He has worked alongside and been trained by three of the world's most renowned elbow surgeons (Mr D Stanley, Prof D Eygendaal, Dr van Riet). He deals with all aspects of shoulder, elbow and wrist trauma in addition to elective shoulder and elbow complaints. He also has an interest in paediatric and adolescent elbow complaints including post-traumatic deformity. Finally and most importantly, Mr Vollans is passionate about patient education; from assessment through to treatment, with or without surgery.
