Hello, I have many years experience in the NHS and private practice, having helped with many issues such as anxiety, bereavement including baby loss, trauma, illness, relationship struggles, stress, low self esteem/confidence and depression. I work in a warm and confidential manner to be able to help you find some calm, peace and healing as well as discover new ways to live a more fulfilling life and move forward.
I am an accredited integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and EMDR therapist which means I work from various approaches to be able to help you find a way to work through your difficulties.
