About me

Welcome to S.M.D Counselling Services I offer a comprehensive CBT counselling service at a modern consulting room in Newport.
I have completed a BACP accredited course at Newport University of Wales. The private practice covers the surrounding areas of South Wales. I also undertake work for many companies. Here are a couple of examples of those who use our services BUPA Employee Assistance Programme, Case management Services, NHS, Gwent Police, RCT County Council and ITV Productions.
All clients are welcomed and treated in a confidential and professional manner in a relaxed and controlled environment.
