About me
I specialise in Anxiety Disorders, Depression, and can and have worked with clients with specific phobias. I have had recent training in Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) delivered by Tobyn Bell. I have a Masters Degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and am fully accredited by BABCP.
I hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and am a qualified Occupational Therapist. I have over 14 years experience working within the UK and Ireland.
