About me

I see clients across the lifespan - children, young people, working adults, and older adults. I can offer substantial expertise working with children and young people and have seen over 180 CYP clients over the past six years in private practice.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, calling experience and training in CBT and Trauma Focused CBT, CAT, ACT, EMDR, and Schema Therapy. Working with neurodivergent children, young people and adults (especially those who have received a diagnosis in adulthood) is one of my areas of expertise. I also have specialist knowledge and experience of dementia and its challenging behaviour.

I am an International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST) Standard Level Certified Individual Schema Therapist. I have completed the Standard Training in Schema Therapy for Children and Adolescents and regularly use the approach in my integrative therapeutic work with children and young people.

I am only able to see clients online using Skype or Zoom.
