About me

I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice for 18 years. I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist qualified in Transactional Analysis. I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals from my practice near Grantshouse which is situated 12 miles south of Dunbar and 15 miles north of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Since the pandemic I also offer a hybrid model of face to face and online working which suits some individuals, meeting their needs for flexibility.I work with issues of anxiety, panic, depression, grief, self-esteem, emotional difficulties, life changes, relationship difficulties, among others. Clients are offered a safe, confidential space in a quiet country setting within which to work on a short or long-term basis dependent on their individual needs.
