About me

Since 1997 I have worked in private practice as a counsellor, psychotherapist and group facilitator. I am available for confidential consultation in Palmers Green and Enfield Town. I also offer sessions via Skype, Zoom or over the phone.

I describe my approach as integrative, as I draw on humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive theories in my work.
