About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience working in the NHS & private practice. I have worked extensively with people who have a range of problems, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. I have specialist experience in using Schema Therapy with more complex or chronic emotional problems, with specialist experience in eating disorders and trauma. I have published several articles and book chapters on psychological therapies.
