About me

I am a Systemic Psychotherapist working in Llandough. I trained at The Family Institute in The University of Glamorgan and I have a Masters Degree in Systemic Psychotherapy. I previously worked for the NHS as a Children's Nurse and a Counsellor/Psychotherapist for over 20 years until 3 years ago and have supported many families couples and individual with various difficulties. I now work privately from my home in LLandoiugh

I treat clients with anxiety stress and depression as well as work issues eating disorders and trauma. With my back ground in Children's Nursing I am experienced in working with families who have children with life limiting illnesses as well as Neonatal issues and prematurity stillbirth and death of a child. I am experienced with individuals, couples and offer family therapy also for different issues affecting children and young people
