About me
I have worked in the field of mental health for the past 23 years, 18 of these as a psychologist. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in a range of services, including inpatient and community services, in the NHS, independent healthcare providers and privately. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, self harm, anger, relationship difficulties, personality disorders and people who have experienced trauma. I also work with people with AHDH and people who have autistic spectrum disorder.
