About me

Thank you for looking at my profile. I am a friendly, open-minded and approachable BACP accredited integrative and CBT counsellor working from premises in Bangor on Dee offering my services to adults, couples, young people and children.

I provide a professional, approachable and friendly environment that will allow you to share what is on your mind, and decide the right way forward for you. I have a particular interest and experience in helping children and adults manage anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, low mood and lack of motivation.

My comprehensive work experience includes an established private practice, work within the NHS, mental health services, school counselling, as well social work background with families.

I offer sessions on a short-term, long-term, time limited basis as well as face-to-face, via video link or telephone.
