About me

Specialising in EMDR, I have been working full-time as a psychotherapist since 2002 and have over 17,000 clinical hours of experience. I offer a huge depth of experience as I was formerly a Senior Psychotherapist with a community mental health team (CMHT) within the NHS.

I have also worked for the Priory and I now work as a psychotherapist in private practice.

Areas of interest

I work with adults over the age of 18; I specialise in EMDR both for PTSD but also for trauma in general . I also use EMDR to help client process other difficult experiences from their lives; I offer integrative psychotherapy; I offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy
