About me

I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience working in the UK, 13 of which in the NHS. I see both adults and young people over the age of 16, both in-person and online.

I am also an ADHD assessor and ADHD coach, as well as an accredited trauma therapist (EMDR U.K. & Europe Accreditation). I specialise in stress, trauma and ADHD - workplace wellbeing and life transitions, including in the context of moving countries.

I provide a range of evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT (including Third wave CBT such as ACT - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and CFT - Compassion Focused Therapy), Polyvagal Theory and IPT.

My approach is collaborative.

I am passionate about working with people who face the challenges of being on sick leave and plan their return to work, helping them navigate the complexities during the transition.
I have helped many individuals who faced stressful times due to change and transition both at a personal and professional level. This can be related to office, family, friendships or group dynamics; or individuals who were struggling to adjust to change, like relocating to a new city / country.

I am also passionate about providing post-diagnostic support to people with ADHD (or with ADHD-like symptoms) who are also suffering from co-occurring conditions.
