About me
I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with substantial experience working with young people and adults to improve their psychological wellbeing.
I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2003 from Newcastle University and then spent 13 years working in NHS mental and physical health settings.
As a Clinical Psychologist I conduct a detailed assessment with clients and make a collaborative decision about which evidence based talking therapy to use.

Working with young people (aged 16 and over) and adults in relation to psychological trauma; anxiety; low mood; adjustment; psychological issues related to physical ill health; work stress; grief and loss; family issues
