Mr Jalgaonkar is a highly experienced consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Hip & Knee Surgery. He treats variety of hip and knee pathologies and specialises in minially invasive hip and knee surgery. He performs high volume total hip and knee replacements including robotic assisted total knee replacements, hip arthroscopies for femoroacetabular impingement and labral tears, knee arthroscopies and revision hip and knee surgeries.

Mr Jalgaonkar completed his higher surgical training in Trauma and Orthopaedics in London and has worked at specialist orthopaedic centres such as the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Stanmore and Great Ormond Street Hospital for children.He also has a Masters degree in Orthopaedics and is dual fellowship trained. Mr Jalgaonkar is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, British Hip Society and British association of Knee surgeons. He was appointed as Consultant at Frimley Park Hospital in 2015 and practices at multiple private hospitals in Surrey and Hampshire.
Mr Jalgaonkar has published extensively in highly reputed peer reviewed orthopaedic journals and has received prizes at Orthopaedic meetings and conferences.His is dedicated towards research and involved multiple National trials. He has presented his work at numerous National and International meetings and conferences. Mr Jalgaonkar is a clinical and educational supervisor of orthopaedic trainee doctors and is a member of the KSS ARCP panel to assess the annual clinical progress of higher surgical orthopaedic trainees.
