About me
Experienced Physiotherapist and Osteopath with a MSc is Sports Rehabilitation.
Expertise in spinal rehabilitation and sports injuries.
Treatment is hands on with exercise prescription for rehabilitation, management and prevention.
Where necessary we carry out dynamic Gait Analysis and prescribe 3D custom made orthotics, the same orthotics used by team GB athletes and premier league clubs, assessing full body function and injury presented. Then provide the best treatment based on expert clinical experience and the latest in evidenced based research.
