About me

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor offering a confidential Counselling Service, run in a peaceful, private environment, with free parking. As a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist I use both the Transactional Analysis and Person Centred approaches. This I feel offers my clients a wide range of strategies to enable them to cope better with what life throws at them. Alongside my standard therapy practice, I also offer specific diet related counselling and coaching.
