About me
I am an accredited, registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) along with being a member of the Counselling Northwest Training and Networking Organisation (CNW). I have been in the counselling sector for a number of years working in and around the North West. During my time I have experienced a vast range of clients. As well as becoming the founder of Seasons Counselling & Psychological Therapies, I have worked for a few counselling agencies over the years, along with working in the NHS (IAPT) team. I predominately work with the client from their frame of reference in a person centred way which increases confidence and self awareness, while integrating techniques such as CBT and Solution Focused Therapy along with use of pycho-educatation to help clients overcome challenges through learning to make changes or accept life events which cannot be changed.
