About me
I am a clinical psychologist working within adult mental health since qualifying as clinical psychologist in 2000. I draw on a range of approaches in my work, including schema focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness based approaches.
I have worked as consultant clinical psychologist within the NHS and as Highly specialist principal clinical psychologist in the world-renowned Oliver Zangwill Centre. I currently work as Consultant Clinical Psychologist within a National Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service in addition to working within private practice in Cambridge. In addition to providing therapy more generally, I provide specialist rehabilitation to clients with neuropsychological presentations. I have also worked as deputy programme director of the Doctoral Clinical Psychology Programme at the University of Essex and continue to hold an honorary appointment there. I have also worked in a specialist court reporting service and provide expert witness court assessments.
