About me
I trained at Liverpool University Medical School and was awarded MB ChB in 1981. My early training was in Liverpool where I obtained MRCP (1984) and performed research in the area of silent myocardial ischaemia. I was later a middle-grade cardiologist at The Western General Hospital in Edinburgh and the Middlesex Hospital London. I was awarded The degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 1993 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 1999.
I have been a Consultant Cardiologist at Wirral University Teaching Hospital and Spire Murrayfield Hospital Wirral since September 1994.
