He treats his private patients at endometriosis and gynaecology clinics at the Manor Hospital, Oxford. He is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Oxford. He is the immediate past Honorary Secretary of the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy.

He has completed RCOG accredited, specialist training in Advanced Laparoscopic/Hysteroscopic (key-hole surgery) Surgery at John Radcliffe Hospital following his postgraduate medical training in the London and Eastern deaneries. He has also completed an MSc in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopy, with a Merit, based at the University of Surrey.

He has been the preceptor for advanced laparoscopic postgraduate training programme in Oxford for years and successfully trained senior registrars to become consultants and specialist in endometriosis centres.

Mr Arambage is a co-editor of the Oxford Handbook of Obstetrics and Gynaecology which has a readership globally. He is a co-author for a Cochrane review of the surgical treatment of endometriosis. He is also co-authored European guidelines on the management of distension media in operative hysteroscopy and the RCOG consent guideline for laparoscopic surgery. He has written book chapters.

He has chaired and presented in many national and international conferences.

He provides pelvic ultrasound scans clinics which allow him to offer ONE-STOP clinics and virtual consultation clinics for most gynaecological conditions for patients outside the UK and for international patients.
