About me

I am a fully registered practitioner with 20 years of experience. I work with adults and young adults (age 18+) with a diagnosis of anxiety, depression, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress, ADHD, Asperger Syndrome and personality disorders. I also work with adults and young people with presenting issues such as loss, identity development, self harm, suicidality, procrastination and creative and academic work process. I have an extensive experience working with individuals from the fields of mathematics, science and technology. Apart from private practice, much of my experience was gained through working as a Counsellor and Head of Service at the Royal College of Art, Cambridge University and Goldsmith's College.
