About me

I am an Individual and Couples Psychotherapist with 21 years of experience of working in both the private and public sector. I have worked as Adult Psychotherapist at four NHS departments and now work full-time in private practice in three locatins in London; Canary Wharf, Bow and Walthamstow.

Areas of interest

I work primarily with individuals and couples whose relationships have become problematic to them and who wish to develop insight into their difficulties and resolve them. This may involve coming to terms with patterns of behaviour and experience which individuals identify as destructive. Most of my clients experience anxiety, depression and compulsive behaviour because the root of these symptoms has not been sufficiently addressed. I also have a further specialism in seeing clients who wish to explore the possibility of there being a psychosomatic component to their physical problems, e.g hair loss, skin disease, bowel problems etc.
