About me

I have over 20 years of clinical and therapeutic experience, working within the National Health Service, the charity sector, and schools. In 2014, I founded my private practice, Glister Counselling, where I provide a bespoke therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs and goals.

I create a supportive, understanding, and positive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, understand your behavioural patterns, and achieve personal growth. Working alongside you, I focus on what is most important and beneficial to you.
