About me

My Practice at Nicholson House, Weybridge is moving to Regus - Hillswood Business Park, Chertsey on 1 October 2025. Until then I will continue to see current and new clients at Nicholson House, Weybridge. More details to follow nearer the time. No change to my Practice at The Eaves in Godalming.

I work office hours with adults aged 18 years upwards face-to-face and on Zoom.

I am experienced working with different ages, cultures and backgrounds and consider this to be a privilege.

I work in a warm, authentic and collaborative way with my clients. We focus on what is important for them - this might be a difficulty in the present or something in the past that is impacting the present.

I have extensive experience working with trauma - this can lead to low self esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, feeling stuck, feeling sad, loss of motivation or interest in things that have previously interested you, breakdown in personal and professional relationships and more.

I will work with you to really hear what has happened to you, help you find healthy ways to self-soothe and process your experience. Compassion is an important aspect of the way that I work.

I work with an Integrative model of counselling which incorporates aspects of Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
