About me

As a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist, I offer a range of psychological therapies (including CBT, EMDR, ACT, Mindfulness, Integrative therapy). We will work together to explore your difficulties, understand your values and goals and plan a treatment to support you in living a full, rich and meaningful life.

I have experience in working with people who are new to psychological therapy and those who have previously tried counselling and psychological therapy but continue to struggle with their difficulties.

I work with adults (age 16 plus) who are experiencing mild through to severe levels of distress. In all my work, I endeavor to provide a safe, accessible, approachable, caring, trustworthy, supportive, empowering and effective service.

More information about how I work and what to expect can be found by clicking the 'website' button at the top.

Feel free to contact me for a no obligation brief consultation or to make arrangements for an initial appointment. You can call, email or visit my website and use the 'contact me' form. I aim to respond to email and voice messages within 24 hours during the working week.
