About me

I am available for face to face, virtual and telephone appointments for therapy sessions and currently have spaces for Mondays and Fridays.
I know how dfficult it is to reach out but I have been counselling for many years. My experience included treatments for Anxiety, Depression, Self esteem, Phobias, and childhood issues. I have a keen interest in OCD and have previously run groups for OCD within the NHS,
I also realise how difficult grief can be for any losses and can take many years before your realise you may not have dealt with losses from the past, that can lead to ongoing issues with Depression, anxiety and Self Esteem. My Counselling Degree was originally Integrative I then in 2010 qualified as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and have a Diploma in Attachment based difficulties. I am Accredited with BABCP and Senior Accredited with BACP.
