About me

Hello my name is Samantha and I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I have a BA HONS Degree in counselling and psychotherapy specialising in the person centred approach which is humanistic. I was awarded The Prestige Award of Psychotherapist of the year 2020-2021. My degree included The Person Centred Approach, CBT, Neuroscience, and the Transpersonal. Inner child work, I also studied metaphysics for many years. I am a warm intuitive person with a non judgemental attitude. I am based in a lovely quiet office from my home in Frinton on Sea Essex, i offer zoom to other clients where travel is restricted or too far. I also have a dog who is a registered therapy dog for those who wish to have face to face and like dogs.
