About me
I'm a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with 17 years of experience in private practice working with adults. My approach focuses on understanding emotions and relationship patterns, helping people move beyond intellectual insight to genuine emotional change.
You might know intellectually why you feel or do something, yet find it difficult to change. Intellectual insight isn't the same as emotional insight. In therapy, we work to put feelings into words, make sense of emotions that feel unclear or contradictory, and pay attention to patterns - how you relate to others, what you avoid, how past experiences shape the present.
I work collaboratively, drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, and humanistic approaches depending on what's most helpful. People come to me for help with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, loss, shame, and feeling stuck or disconnected. Some have tried other approaches to therapy and found something missing. Others recognise they keep running into the same difficulties in different relationships or situations.
I practice in Victoria, London, with appointments available weekday evenings and weekends. I also work online via secure video.
