About me
I qualified in 2005 from Guys, Kings and St Thomas' School of medicine, London. I undertook my junior doctor training in London before completing my Orthopaedic Registrar training in the Wessex Deanery.
I work as an NHS consultant at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. My specific areas of interest are primary, complex primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgery, pelvic reconstruction, soft tissue reconstruction around the hip and young adult hip surgery.
In 2014 I completed a one year international fellowship in complex primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgery and lower limb reconstructive tumour surgery, in Perth Australia.
I have also completed a trauma fellowship in a level 1 trauma unit in Denver, USA.
I am actively involved in the training and supervising of junior doctors and orthopaedic registrars. I have presented at both national and international conferences and lectured at the University of Western Australia. I regularly participate in research.
