About me

Are you struggling with low mood? Do you feel you find yourself anxious or stressed? Or have you experienced trauma? I am a BACP registered, accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. I have worked in a G.P medical practice for over 14 years now, this given me experience in dealing with a lot of different issues that are important to the individual who is looking for some resolve and ways of coping with whatever is going on in in their lives that is causing them to look for some support. I am an experienced counsellor working with a range of clients who present with many different issues, these stresses can cause emotional triggers, panic or crisis. If you are in conflict, inner or external it's good to seek professional help. It's good to talk to a professional who will listen and work with you for your highest good, and best interests. I work towards helping clients to experience emotional freedom. I am experienced in working with a lot of different issues including Trauma, Anxiety, Low mood, Sexual orientation, Transgender and Relationship issues, full list of areas of expertise below.

My work is confidential, non-judgemental, empathic and professional, as a unique individual your therapy needs will be tailored to meet your requirements by using an integrative approach, which allows you to get the best from your sessions.

If you need to talk with someone, I can offer you a safe and professional service. I can help you to explore and look at your thoughts and find a way through whatever difficulties are facing you in life.
