I am an integrative counsellor, and I tailor each session to the individual or couple. I have been counselling since 2005, and have extensive experience working with all types of issues for adults and children including those with difficult decisions to make, or require help with stress, depression, anxiety, anger management and and long term chronic illness, or help with an injury .
