About me
I am an accredited BACP counsellor and supervisor. I regularly attend Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in order to keep my knowledge and skills up to date.
I understand that at this time, it can be difficult to access counselling and I am trained to deliver online therapy.
I am a friendly, approachable counsellor and I understand that counselling can be daunting so I strive to create a safe environment for you to explore your feelings. I have experience of working with depression, anxiety, phobias, relationship and family issues, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, grief, loss, employment concerns, low self esteem and other mental health issues.
I offer confidential counselling in a non judgemental comfortable environment. My room is in a peaceful location, There is off road parking at the property as well as parking on the road outside.
I work integratively encompassing psychodynamic, person centred and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis and I am an accredited BACP counsellor.
I also have a diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
I can work creatively if we feel this would be helpful and use stones, mindmaps, and other forms of creative expression
