About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who has been qualified and HCPC registered since 2008. I am also a ISST certified Schema Therapist.

My clinical specialities are Borderline Personality Disorder/ EUPD and Eating Disorders.In my NHS role I am a lead for the Students Health Emotional Regulation Pathway, University of Bristol and I work at Seraph Psychology in a private capacity.

Previously,I have worked in NHS community mental health teams, inpatient units and specialist eating disorder services. I am trained in Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT). I work individually with people, but also run therapy groups.

I have experience of helping people with a variety of moderate to severe problems including: anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, personality disorder, eating disorder, addictions, psychosis, suicide and self harm. I have worked across community, outpatient and inpatient settings with people from a range of different backgrounds.

In addition to my clinical work, I have also worked as a Clinical Psychology tutor and clinical supervisor. I am registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC)
