About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over ten years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families. I offer individual therapy for a broad range of emotional and psychological difficulties, providing a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach tailored to each person's needs. I also provide clinical supervision and personal therapy for trainee therapists, as well as parenting consultations to help parents better understand and support their children's emotional wellbeing.

I am proud to offer an inclusive, affirming practice. I work from a neuroaffirmative perspective, recognising and valuing neurodiversity, and adapting my approach to meet individual sensory, communication, and processing needs. I am also an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and an active ally to those exploring or questioning their gender identity. My priority is to provide a space where every aspect of who you are can be seen, respected, and explored without judgment.
