About me

I currently work for the NHS as a Senior Cognitive Behavioural and EMDR Therapist and am fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the EMDR Europe Association. I have been trained by leading experts in CBT and EMDR and offer therapy for the following as part of my private practice in Bromley, Kent:

I also offer Behavioural Couple Therapy (BCT) and have been trained by world expert Professor Don Baucom of the University of North Carolina. I am trained in level 3 Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma therapy and am fully accredited with the EMDR Europe Association .
