About me

Mr Alsammoua has a total of 20 years’ experience in Gynaecology. He originally qualified in 1998 and worked in the UK (Northern Ireland, Scotland and England) and overseas. He obtained his specialist training in Glasgow University Hospitals. His Career included training in General Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Urogynaecology and Advanced Training in Gynaecological/Laparoscopic Surgery and management of Cancer. He is a Consultant Gynaecologist in Western Sussex Hospitals, Worthing and Southland Hospitals. He is the lead clinician for Gynaecology Cancers in Worthing Hospital where he runs the Gynaecology Fast track/One Stop clinics and chairs the Gynaecology Multidisciplinary Meetings.
He is also chair of the Sussex Gynaecological Tumour Group and the lead for Gynaecology risk management.
