About me

I am an accredited Person Centred counsellor with twenty years' experience. I have extensive additional training and incorporate other theories in my practice.

There are times we all find life difficult and struggle mentally and emotionally.
Would you like the support of a caring professional counsellor who will value you, provide a listening ear in a safe space, someone who would not judge you but support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings?
